Payment information
Payment methods we offer, how bank transfer works and when your order is processed.

Prepayment / bank transfer
Standard payment method
You transfer the invoice amount to our business account in advance. Processing starts once payment is received.
- 1. Complete your order and select “Prepayment / bank transfer”.
- 2. The confirmation page shows the amount and payment reference (your order number).
- 3. Make the transfer and always include the order number as reference.
- 4. After payment is received, we process your order and confirm dispatch.

PayPal
Available soon
PayPal is planned and will be added once integration is complete. Until then, prepayment is available.

Prices & VAT
All product prices are net (EUR). Applicable VAT is calculated at checkout based on the delivery country.

Further notes
- Items marked “Price on request” are quoted separately; payment follows individual order confirmation.
- For international deliveries, VAT may differ – checkout shows the binding amount.
